Abstract: This paper is intended to examine the level of motivation of the employees/executives in the organisation and extract the particulars or statistics of the motivation due to fear of failure (FoF) and the various factors that result into FoF and the various ways to overcome it so that it can be used by the personnel department and its team to motivate the executives. The study is based on primary data, which was obtained from the employees working in the organisation by administering the questionnaire while using the discussion and interview method. The main finding of this paper was that the employees were found motivated due to fear of failure when the consequence of failure was realised and brought to their notice by the supervisors and as a result, found motivated to perform the assigned task.
