Abstract: Objective: It is easy to extract collagen from mammals and collagen has good biodegradability and biocompatibility. It can be widely used in medical equipment. From the perspective of bionic engineering, this project developed a more excellent extraction scheme based on traditional collagen technology, and prepared a collagen scaffold material. Muscle key adhesion is one of the most common causes of disability after muscle key surgery. Preventing muscle key adhesions is a major challenge after muscle key repair surgery. The purpose of this experiment is to use the rat model of key injury to study the role of collagen membrane in the repair of damaged muscle keys during surgical repair of damaged muscle keys on the healing strength, quality of healing and prevention of muscle bond adhesion.
