Abstract: Objective: The thesis is to understand the therapeutic effect of nanotubes on sports therapy-based comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for football player knee arthritis. Methods: Eighty patients with knee arthritis of football players were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 40 cases each. The control group was treated with ultrashort wave and ultrasound. The treatment group added exercise therapy on the basis of the above nanotube treatment and combined with health education. Results: After treatment, the two groups of patients were visually simulated (2.09 ± 0.97 in the treatment group and 4.17 ± 1.04 in the control group) and the American Knee Surgery Total Knee Scoring Method (86.50 ± 14.52 in the treatment group and 73.40 ± 12.90 in the control group). There was a significant difference between the total grades (excellent rate of 85.0% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, P < 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Rehabilitation treatment based on nanotubes combined with exercise therapy has a significant effect on football players with knee arthritis.
