Abstract: This study aims to analyse if organisational productivity is related to performance, well-being, and employee satisfaction, as well as the identification of employees' and employers' perceptions about the influence that work physical activity programs may have on improving organisational productivity. A total of 202 employees and 17 employers of Portuguese organisations were involved. Through an exploratory factor analysis, five factors were identified, and the Pearson correlation indicates a relationship between well-being, overall health, and satisfaction of employees in the organisational performance. Because these variables are influenced by several factors, such as stress, emotional issues, control, and ability to perform work tasks, the results suggest that from the perspective of employees and employers, the workplace gymnastics programs can be a good intervention alternative to assist these factors. The results suggest that these initiatives can be very positive for these two stakeholders. Besides that the labour gymnastics programs can be used in the perspective of corporate social responsibility, it is also challenging for sport professionals to develop sport entrepreneurship areas through the creation of their own companies to provide these services.
