Schools in the light of quality management

Abstract: This article aims to highlight some aspects of quality management implemented at schools whose objective is to deliver quality teaching to their students. First, we will provide a definition of quality management at schools and of the rule of 4C's in management. Thereafter, we will discuss quality standards and indicators at schools, knowing that in order to provide quality education programs, certain conditions are to be fulfilled. Finally, we will examine the challenges involved in the implementation of total quality management in education that were referred to by several scholars before concluding with answers to our research questions.
