Abstract: The objective of this research is to propose a hybrid framework of AHP-TOPSIS for prioritising the solutions of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) implementation to achieve its objectives under fuzzy environment. Total 27 LSS objectives and 24 solutions for LSS implementation are identified through literature review and suggestions of the experts. AHP method is used to compute the weight of LSS objectives for examining their demand during LSS implementation and the fuzzy set assures the objective weight optimality. While, TOPSIS is utilised for ranking the solution and fuzzy environment make framework closer to real life situation, by assisting fair judgements. An empirical case study of Indian manufacturing organisation is presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed framework. The results assist the decision makers to select the best fit LSS objectives and prioritise the solutions for successful LSS implementation. This study offers the robustness in the developed framework by presenting the sensitivity analysis.
