by Yvon Kermarrec
International Journal of Knowledge and Learning (IJKL), Vol. 2, No. 3/4, 2006

Abstract: This paper presents the lessons learned and experienced with the IST Candle project. This EU-funded research programme was launched within the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme and our team at ENST Bretagne played a major role for the design and development of innovative approaches for computer enhanced learning and instrumented them through tools and guidelines. This paper relates our main contributions and the experience gained during these three years.
