Abstract: Technical analysis forms an integral part of the life of a stock trader. In econometric analysis, technical analysis is method for predicting the course of prices of security under consideration through the study of past statistics relating to the equity, mostly price and volume. Traders tend to use this type of analysis to take a decision regarding a particular security.
