Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of low index rationality and low model accuracy when constructing new energy construction project site selection model by traditional methods. The modelling method of new energy construction project location for municipal planning is proposed. According to the evaluation index of engineering site selection, a multi-type evaluation index system is constructed. Entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process are combined to calculate the corresponding weights of the evaluation indicators. On the basis of grey evaluation principle, evaluation indexes are divided and grey evaluation weight matrix is established. Evaluation value is used to select the best scheme to complete the new energy construction project site selection. The experimental results show that the skewness coefficients of the proposed method are close to zero, which proves that the proposed method is more reasonable and the model is more accurate.
