Abstract: Intelligent energy-saving systems and intelligent transportation systems (ITSs) are indispensable applications in ordinary people's lives. Therefore, it is particularly important to apply the internet of things technology to these two typical scenarios. The key technologies of intelligent energy-saving and intelligent transportation in the environment of internet of things are fully investigated in this paper, and an intelligent energy-saving prototype system has been designed. At the same time, this paper focuses on the two core issues of traffic and studies the two core technologies in intelligent transportation. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of this topic, and then introduces an overview of the internet of things, intelligent energy-saving system and ITS. Next, this paper introduces the core technology and prototype system design of intelligent energy saving system in the internet of things from four aspects including system structure, hardware design, software design and test results.
