Abstract: E-learning imparts information and knowledge, which helps in educating multi-users. Initially, this process has not been fully accepted by various academic and corporate bodies owing to less involvement of human element in the learning process. However, with the advent of information technology era, e-learning has been wholeheartedly accepted. Therefore, considering the growth of e-learning, this study recognises the plausible factors influencing e-learning and builds-up a basic relationship among the identified factors. The objectives of this study are to identify the influencing factors of e-learning and design a model using interpretive structural modelling (ISM), which is followed by MICMAC analysis to categorise the factors under the four clusters. The use of e-learning is not restricted to just school, universities, and colleges, as there is need for the incorporation of the corporate training and coaching institute.
