A comparative study based on OBE for different batches of MCA students

Abstract: The research paper discusses novel approach for assessing the grades of students based on outcome-based education. The performance of students of any program like MCA in various examinations, quality of projects and placements are assessed in form of attainments. These attainments are used in the accomplishment of mission, program outcome, program educational objectives and course outcomes of any under graduate or post graduate course. This research discusses about outcome-based learning and its implementation in postgraduate MCA program. A comparative study of last four batches of MCA is also discussed on the basis of attainments of program education objectives. This paper also discusses course and program gap analysis and attainment of mission statements of any department.
