Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of mobile learning technologies in agribusiness education by examining the effectiveness of a DISCOVERe mobile technology classroom program on students' participation in class activities, their use of instructional materials, their interaction with peers, and their overall learning experience. Online survey data collected from agribusiness students at a California State University during the spring 2018 semester were analysed, hypothesis tests were conducted and a three-stage learning adoption framework was estimated. The results demonstrate that taking the DISCOVERe course significantly improves students' participation in class activities, enhances their access of course materials, makes it easier for them to interact with fellow students, and improves students' overall learning experience. The conclusion is that as students become more familiar with new technologies, they will be more confident in their ability to learn and will be more efficient in acquiring knowledge and exchanging ideas.
