Designing and developing the strategic foresight capabilities of medical universities in the accidents and crises of the country with emphasis on human resource agility

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to design and develop the strategic foresight capabilities for crisis management with respect to the mediating role of human resource agility in Universities of Medical Sciences of Isfahan, Shahre Kord, Kashan and Yazd. In this study, the research components and variables were identified based on the research background and using the Delphi method. The statistical population includes managers and experts, who overall were 160 people. The results showed that the impact of strategic foresight capabilities on crisis management is 37%, which means that 37% of the crisis management changes are related to the strategic foresight capabilities; also it was found that the strategic foresight capabilities influenced the human resources agility as much as 95%, which means that 95% of the human resource agility changes are due to strategic foresight capabilities, and that the human resource agility affected (55%) on crisis management.
