Abstract: The article presents a brief review of current trends in the development of models of company management that are important for ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of a company in the context of dynamic changes in the external environment. Emphasis is placed on stakeholder aspects in the context of the integrated concept of strategic management in companies. The topic is relevant for the research centres and national universities that form scientific bases for making and implementing decisions in the nuclear industry, but in modern organisational conditions are not included in the company that manages the use of atomic energy. The stakeholder concept has a great potential to develop effective forms of interaction both in the interests of the company and its partners that leads to a reduction of risks, to provide the industry and the company with scientific knowledge and human resources, and other organisational and economic effects.
