Abstract: The introduction of new technologies in the learning process contributes to a better perception of the material. Therefore, the authors set out to study the use of innovative pedagogical technologies and teaching methods. To achieve the goal, the authors have studied and summarised theoretical material, analysed the most popular teaching methods and instructional technologies used in the educational practice of Kazakhstan and worldwide. It has been determined that multimedia technology represents one of the most promising areas of computerisation of the educational process, since it assists in combining text, sound, graphics, photo, and video. Blended learning allows combining face-to-face instruction with online learning, in which the student can partially control their own pace, time, program and place of studying.
