An integral part of strategic planning for sport organisations: training employees

Abstract: Training employees in today's turbulent economic times has been recognised as added value to both organisations and employees. Such training allows organisations to deliver better quality/products with fewer resources and personnel. A needs assessment process of needs and resources of both the organisation and its employees could mean the difference between viability or disappearance of said organisation, by enhancing the organisation's (and its employees) efficiency and effectiveness.
