Abstract: Research is the step to describe, explain, predict and control the observed phenomenon in a systematic way. Researchers have provided a direction to the scientific knowledge for contributing to the development of specialty. In this paper, we will analyse mathematically how the students and supervisor initiate and reach up to their designation which is their destination by carrying out research in collaboration with each other. Using Routh Hurwitz criteria, both the equilibrium points have proved to be locally and globally asymptotically stable by the use of Lyapunov function. Bifurcation of the model has been done with respect to the basic reproduction number. Numerical simulation has been carried out to study various results and impact of the compartments.
