Abstract: In this paper, an effective system has been proposed for video transmission. This system solves the problems arised due to occurrence of errors in transmitted video and delivers video with required quality of services. The reconstructed video maintains the quality of services at the decoder side. Video dynamics-based error concealment algorithm is applied for recovering errors occurred during transmission. The performance of the proposed system is measured by means of simulations using JM reference software.
