Abstract: This study proposes an integrated Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA) algorithm performance assessment of the resiliency of electricity distribution units in Iran. The proposed algorithm introduces integrated resilience engineering factors including network length, number of employees, transformers capacity, imports, costs and pollutants as input variables, while the number of customers, total electricity sales and exports are considered output variables. The required data are gathered from Iranian distribution units from 1978 to 2014. The obtained results indicate the most efficient year of electricity distribution in Iran. The results also indicate that the cost of electricity power and imports are the most influential factors affecting electricity distribution efficiency. The proposed algorithm can help managers to increase the overall performance of electricity distribution units in strategic level.
