A study on medical information leakage protection to construct a trustworthy medical service oriented architecture in IoT environment: case study of medical tour service in South Korea

Abstract: Many nations have been developing medical tour industry as a new growth engines. The South Korea is becoming a major medical tour country with medical service of developed country level and competitive price in Asia. However, the data breaches targeting medical institutions are occurring constantly. So, there are threats about information leakage of IT medical tour system. If there is information leakage of foreign patients, it would be harmful influence in developing South Korea's medical tour. Therefore, this paper will deal with a legal, managerial and technical way that can prevent information leakage of foreign patients in the future IoT environment.
