Summary
Thailand education system mostly emphasizes on input based education. Not only reduces knowledge retention but also not support the knowledge retention and presentation skills which is the essential one in communication in business sector. In order to improve Thailand’s students’ English career skills, this paper proposes a learning innovation: software engineering English career incubator framework targeting software engineering students, by integrating knowledge management, constructionism philosophy and leverages common European framework of reference as a key mechanism to assess students’ English presentation skills.
