  Abstract/
Summary
Knowledge is a valuable community resource and community strength which provides a critical foundation in the provision of a sustainable economic and cultural development process. The essential knowledge is published in documentation such as reports, proceeding paper or journals. Those documentations need to be transferred their knowledge to local practice in communities, which is in order to improve local economy and local culture. The numbers of highland agricultural researches once completed were not transferred to the community or contributed to the practical implementation. Besides, the practitioners from Royal Development Study Center are the ones to transfer body of knowledge. However, the shortage of research funding causes lack of new body of knowledge to develop the community. This research aims to find knowledge transfer path in highland agriculture research to the practical implement in community via knowledge management system. This paper aims to propose sustainable knowledge transferring framework of highland agricultural community. The knowledge transferring processes are considered based on two aspects of qualitative and quantitative. Thus, the integrated framework is designed based on SCOR and knowledge management theory. This context will be implemented to local practice in the northern part of Thailand.
