  Abstract/
Summary
Every academician has their own area of expertise which can influence others with their knowledge. Sharing knowledge consists of values, attitudes, belief and thinking. In the aspect of sharing, academicians were revealing a positive and negative standpoint of sharing. Purpose of knowledge sharing is to share what they knew and learned to those who are interested and might find the knowledge is useful and helpful. This study attempted to answer the questions; are academicians really shared what they knew to other colleagues, what are the obstacles that academicians expect to happen when they share with colleagues and how academicians are motivated to share knowledge.
