  Abstract/
Summary
Fulfilling and safeguarding of product properties and functions are some of the most important tasks in modern product development. Resulting of the huge mass of variants efficient ways have to be found to evaluate product properties during fixed milestones defining the product development project. In this paper a theoretical framework should be presented how to deduct product properties to milestone specific assessment criteria and how to generate the required data volume as a kind of data freeze in order to supply the relevant simulation models in front of such milestones.
