  Abstract/
Summary
During the life of the new products development (NPD) projects, collaboration is usually difficult due to the diversity of suppliers with individual knowledge about projects, products and processes. Based on the major phases of the requirements engineering (RE), this paper proposes a model for OEM/suppliers collaboration to reach the requirements management process. In these phases, OEM will precisely capture stakeholder needs, and takes into account the supplier's propositions earlier in the lifecycle. The concept of virtual organization (VO) is proposed to ensure an efficient collaboration between different partners and the connection between the lifecycles under consideration.
