  Abstract/
Summary
The electrical activity of the heart may be recorded invasive or non-invasive manner. This article discusses activities of the cardiac conduction system recorded from surface of the body, the physical basis of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and its recording low level signals of the electrical activity of the heart. The usual methods of recording of the ECG have based on the 12-leads system recording of equipment. Others specialized techniques of the recording of the ECG have used to detect of low – level signals as His of bundle, late ventricular potentials or mapping surface potentials of the heart. By recording and analysis of those signals we are able understanding of the conduction system of the heart and its features.
