The Anbar Accredited Journal Badge is awarded annually to journals selected for inclusion on the Accredited Journal Lists. For researchers and practitioners, the Anbar Accredited Journal Badge represents a seal of quality, indicating that a periodical is among the best in the world. Accredited publishers, in agreement with Anbar Electronic Intelligence, are permitted to use this badge on their journal homepages, within their journals and on promotional literature. However, with this permission are responsibilities - the Anbar Accredited Journal Badge must not be used on non-accredited journals. Where accredited journals are de-listed, then use of the Anbar Accredited Journal Badge must immediately cease, being removed from Web sites and hard copy materials. Anbar polices the use of this badge to ensure that this condition is adhered to.

In order to be eligible for the Anbar Accredited Journal Badge a periodical must be selected by the appropriate Accreditation Board whose decision is final. The Anbar Accreditation Board thoroughly review journal coverage each year, basing inclusion decisions on their own professional expertise, informed by a composite list of the journal holdings of centres of excellence and a report providing feedback from Anbar users. This occurs in advance of each January, with notification being received by publishers of acceptance or rejection each autumn.

The Golden Page Awards are presented annually to those few, outstanding management periodicals that consistently deliver excellent articles. Awards are made for: Best Research Implications; Best Practical Implications; Most Original Content; and Most Readable Content across all major management disciplines. To be eligible for a Golden Page Award, a title must first be selected to be abstracted by Anbar by the Accreditation Board; every published article is then reviewed by our specialist reviewers.
