Help to solve the login difficulty with the Online Submissions and Peer-Review System (OSPEERS)

PROBLEM:
You cannot login and you get the message "Your session has expired"

SOLUTION:
An effective solution is clearing your browser history and deleting the temporary files stored by your browser. Don't forget to close and open (restart) your browser.

1) How to clear your browser history and delete temporary files?

The procedure depends on the type of browser you are using.

For example on your Internet Explorer (IE) 7 web browser, do the following steps:
  1. From the browser main menu select "Tools"
  2. Then select "Internet Options"
  3. Select the "General" tab
  4. Under "Browsing History" click on "Delete…" tab
  5. Then do: Delete All -> Yes -> OK
  6. Please CLOSE your IE browser completely
  7. Open (or start) again your IE Browser
  8. Go to http://www.inderscience.com/login.php
  9. Login using your username/pw.
A similar procedure works for older IE Browsers.

On your Mozilla Firefox web browse, do the following steps:

  1. Go to Tools -> Options (Alt-T, O).
  2. Switch to the Privacy tab.
  3. On the Private Data, and click "Settings..."
  4. If you want to be really covered, there are a list of options to check/tick, i.e. "When I ask Firefox to clear my private data, it should erase:"
    Browsing History (tick this)
    Downloading History (tick this)
    Saved Form Information (tick this)
    Cache (tick this)
    Cookies (tick this)
    Saved Passwords
    Authenticated Sessions (tick this)

Once you are done, click "OK"
  1. You are back at the Privacy tab, click "Clear Now"
  2. Close Firefox completely and restart
  3. Go to http://www.inderscience.com/login.php
  4. Login using your username/password

The same works for other browsers. The key point is to remove all your browser history and to close and open again your browser. Remember it is important to close all your browser windows after you have deleted the browser history.

2) Click here if you have forgotten your Username or/and Password?

3) To refresh/reload: Hold down CTRL+Shift keys while clicking on the "Refresh" icon for Internet Explorer or the "Reload" icon for Mozilla Firefox.
