Abstract: Workplace spirituality has been acknowledged as a fundamental area of research to complement a meaningful profile at one's workplace. At the same time, positive organisational behaviour literature has recognised the value added contributions of psychological capital or PsyCap in predicting various workplace outcomes. It has been understood that till date the domain of organisational behaviour has only examined the individual emotional facets (Morris and Feldman, 1996; Brief, 2001; Brief and Weiss, 2002) or the cognitive side of organisational life (Vroom, 1964) in isolation. Therefore, the current study has been set to identify the association among the dimensions of psychological capital, emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality. The result finding indicates that there exists a positive relation among employees' psychological capital and workplace spirituality. Similarly, there is a significant influence of both the constructs while getting moderated with emotional intelligence. Through this seminal study, we have come to an understanding that professionals use to perceive themselves as emotionally tuned spiritual being striving for integrating their spiritual values in their job roles.
