The first phase of creating a standardised international innovative technological implementation framework/software application

Abstract: Many in the information systems field have identified that technological implementation is crucial to creating a more successful uptake of technology. This paper identifies why fragmentation has occurred in the subject by comparing historic arguments. It shows that complications in creating a user friendly model caused by fragmentation can be solved, and proposes that all previous, relevant and discipline recognised innovative technological implementation architectures can be compiled into a single interactive software application, ending years of replication and speculation. This is done by explaining the first phase of a project that utilises computational means to consolidate models and theories. How the prototype program/model has been designed and developed, as a diagnostics tool, is explained.
