Abstract: This report has been compiled in order to prepare a critical analysis of Company A.B.C. and investigate its human resource policies, strategies and implementation. The first section gives an overview of the company under investigation, and it highlights the internal organisational and external industrial environmental forces that influence it. In general, it describes the current system of the company relevant to the conduction of this report. The next section discusses the research methodology, methods and techniques used in acquiring empirical data to be translated to useful information and reliable results. This is followed by a critical analysis of the current system which aims to integrate theory and practice. Finally, the last section presents recommendations related to the information and analysis produced to develop the companies| human resource policies, strategies and their implementation.
