Title: The effects of positive organisational behaviour on entrepreneurial personality and innovation

Abstract: Today, organisations seek for entrepreneurial personality and innovation in order to survive in the competition scene. So far, the literature has recognised various items that affect entrepreneurial personality and innovation in organisations. The study analyses how positive organisational behaviour dimensions predict entrepreneurial personality and innovation. In terms of objective, this study is considered as an empirical one, and the research methodology is descriptive type. The population includes 265 managers and professional experts working in Kalleh Company from Iran. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used for data analysis. The results of study showed psychological capital and emotional intelligence enhanced innovation and entrepreneurial personality in Kalleh Company. The current research also provides more suggestion for future studies that could consider consequences of entrepreneurial personality and innovation in their career.
