Abstract: This paper considers the overall green reverse logistics through the use and re-use of recycling and disposal treatment, and by considering a 'cradle to cradle' (C2C) view of the complete product life cycle value chain. The green product life cycle can continues the recycling in each cycle to maximise sales profits. Fuzzy theory is used to define the environmental laws and regulations, the green reputation and environmental performance indicators, combined with the overall C2C remanufacturing planning model, using a particle swarm optimisation (PSO) to produce maximum profits from green products, using C2C green product life cycle performance system to assess the green products multiples and life-cycle, and the data become government policy to allocate recycling awards, prompting the government to improve recycling incentives. In the future, this concept of C2C will be extended to other green products and remanufacturing planning will be sustainable and more environmentally friendly.
