Abstract: Rubber production has been taking place in Thailand for many decades. The Government of Thailand has planned to build Nathawi District into a rubber city. This study predicted the greenhouse gas emissions of Nathawi District developed as rubber city for first ten years. A simulation system will be developed to do the simulating process. The result consists of greenhouse gas from rubber plantations, rubber factories, households and total emissions. The simulation system is able to simulate the developing process of rubber cities and get promising results, but it still needs further revision.
