Abstract: Today, many people are accustomed to watching TV or playing with smart phones for more than three hours. That is a very bad habit for the eyes. Sometimes, compared with the brightness of the phone, the sunlight and the brightness from the external environment are particularly bright or dark. That forms the light pollution. It damages the eyes. The impairment on vision is subtle. With the changes of the conditions, this design is to adjust the screen brightness automatically. And in the darker environment, it can reduce the screen brightness accordingly. So that users can use their eyes more comfortably. At the same time, it reduces the unnecessary energy consumption. All in all, by means of the technology of the internet of things, this system finishes the adjustment of the screen brightness of the smart phones according to the surrounding environment to protect the eyesight and save resources.
