Abstract: This research aims to provide a model of organisational process maturity assessment based on the reengineering concepts. The model presented here tries to consider all the requirements to measure the maturity of the organisational process. Our ultimate goal is to achieve the mature organisation through the proposed method and assist senior managers make better decisions. Literature and questionnaire was used to derive the key success factors. Then, a method based on AHP is presented. To analyse and determine the priority of each factor, the first model of AHP has been designed, extracted and prioritised according to the ISO10014-2006 standard to define the maturity levels. Further checklist designed base on ISO IEC60300 to assess the processes of the organisation's maintenance. Finally, the proposed model is accomplished in an Iranian gas refinery. The extracted data for implementation of the quantitative assessment and recommendations have been raised to improve the process maturity level.
