Abstract: The user has a large number of concrete sealer products to choose from without a unified performance specification for guidance. An existing product qualification and quality assurance program is suggested. A sealer reapplication service life period procedure is presented. Life cycle cost analysis is recommended for the selection of the best performance sealer and comparisons with other systems.
