Title: Communicative patterns and flow experience of MUD players

Abstract: Group online role-playing was investigated. Russian MUD players (N = 347) took part in online survey research. Demographic analysis, way analysis, explorative and confirmatory factor analyses were done. The following hypotheses were proved to be correct: MUD players experience flow; flow is positively correlated with interactive patterns.
