Abstract: This paper constitutes the final attempt of examining the creation, use, reuse and generally the management of Open Educational Resources in Greek College Education and their relation to freedom of teaching. For this purpose, a survey was conducted based on online questionnaires that were distributed to all academic instructors throughout Greece. The results demonstrate, on one hand, the significant role that OERs play in Greek College Education and, on the other hand, their positive effect on freedom of teaching.
