Abstract: The area of sustainability has begun to receive increasing attention in management education. New ways of including the topic of sustainability in higher education are being discussed. Nonetheless, the question how can we do this? remains. The objective of this paper is to explore ways of integrating the topic of sustainability into different undergraduate management courses. Documentary analysis and action research were used as methods and data were analysed using content analysis. First, the plan of all the courses was analysed to map the contents, which were more directly related to sustainability. Next, one course from each field (Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, Production and Systems, Human Resources) was selected and professors were contacted. Finally, we prepared and led a class dealing with issues related to sustainability. Results show that there are concrete ways to integrate management education and sustainability and to change the traditional teaching pattern.
