Abstract: This case study is targeted at understanding the information technology (IT) industry and addresses the challenges faced by JenniferSoft, a leading example of an application performance management (APM) software development company. The company has developed applications that monitor the performance of important modules in enterprise systems (ERP). These ERP application modules have become more critical because of IT infrastructure complexities and security issues throughout the system.
