Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate and determine the root causes of employee dissatisfaction that lead to high employee turnover at Company ABT. The study focuses on four factors - job satisfaction, compensation, working environment and communication to determine employee intention to leave. Data was obtained from 52 respondents out of a population of 100 respondents. This study found that the key predictors of employee turnover intention in Company ABT are job satisfaction and compensation while management and superiors are the main determinants of employee satisfaction.
