Data was gathered using questionnaire from the two private HEIs in Egypt. Results have shown that six KM processes were moderately practiced in the private HEIs. Moreover, most of the surveyed respondents were not aware whether their institution was having a KM system or not. Furthermore, the statistics results has shown that the highest mean score was knowledge dissemination, while the lowest mean score was for the knowledge capture.
