Abstract: For developing countries where energy supply is tight but solar insolation is ample, solar cooling is feasible. This article presents the results of research into an integrated system of solar cooling and hot water supply. This research indicates that, to ensure the continuity of solar cooling, it is advisable to use electric heat pumps to supply auxiliary energy.
