Abstract: Due to trade globalisation and the high growth of international population shift, the world information on the use of biometrics in border management, to improve border security, services, efficiency, traditional airport customs clearance procedures by the human service does not only have high labour cost, but is time-consuming and easy to have errors. With the scientific and technological progress, Taoyuan International Airport also enhances airport-related hardware by building automated immigration clearance system, which make customs inspection with high accuracy and less time, this also leads to effective use of manpower and space. This study was to take passengers that use the automated immigration clearance system as the research object, and use the questionnaire method to investigate about: 1) passengers' attitude by ease of using automated immigration clearance system; 2) using attitude corresponding to the acceptance of actual use; 3) using attitude corresponding to satisfaction of the actual use. The contribution of this research provides organisations with a systematic innovation management and reference for airport renovation projects.
