Abstract: Organisational diagnosis is a technique used to check an organisation's current health. A complete diagnosis not only checks the current health, but also suggests corrective measures. Diagnostic models proposed by many others were analysed in this paper and shortcomings in these approaches to organisational health diagnosis were identified. We therefore propose in this paper an alternative, concise yet concrete model for organisational diagnosis.
