Abstract: As undergraduate business management majors are preparing to enter the workforce, teachers can help develop their mental skills and abilities in working as a team. To enable students to function and learn as part of a team, there needs to be a way in knowing how to develop sustainable working relations with fellow team members, thus allowing them to think, interact and perform as a cohesive group. Professional sports teams that require a cohesive group call it 'team chemistry'. This paper demonstrates how team chemistry can be utilised for students to practise team learning and being equipped to support team learning.
