Title: Quality indicators for technology mediated education (ICT). A discussion about organisational and technological networks in Brazil

Abstract: Actually, since the beginning of the millennium intensifies the process of systemic transformation and evolution in education and organisations, information and communication technologies are gathering space very quickly. It is necessary, however, that some actions are carried out by the main actors of society, such as educational institutions, teachers, students, and the government itself through converging of more sustained actions in order to contribute to the quality improvement of education. The design of this research work was characterised by qualitative study with the participation of professional organisations and educational institutions from public and private areas, both in Brazil and abroad. The methodology category chosen for the realisation of this study was exploratory research by questionnaire administered through the internet (survey), addressed to professors, researchers and professionals of organisation and schools management areas using a predetermined sequence of questions.
