Abstract: During recent years, analytics has gained wide recognition for its capability and potential in integrating the use of information, technologies and models methods to enhance the overall organisation and business effectiveness. Analytics offers great potential for facilitating change management. Most tasks involved in change management rely on analytics. This paper presents a conceptual framework of analytics and explores how analytics can contribute to better change management. We also identify various caveats associated with such applications.
